Pick-up at the door
Offering pick-up services for both Hong Kong and domestic deliveries.

1.Pick-up in Hong Kong
Upon receiving the delivery notification SMS, customers need to bring the pick-up authorization letter with the official company seal to collect their goods.
Pick-up Address: Please contact our online customer service for the pick-up address in Hong Kong.
Pick-up Hours: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM).

2.Pick-up within Mainland China
(1）Upon receiving the delivery notification SMS, customers need to bring the sales order contract with the official company seal to collect their goods at the following address.
(2）If the size of the goods for pick-up exceeds 60cm40cm10cm, they will be automatically shipped via SF Express. To track the logistics information, please check the [Member Center].
Huaqiangbei Pick-up Point:
Pick-up Address: 1019 Huaqiang North Road, Block B, Huaqiang Plaza, No.115, Huahang Community, Huaqiang North Street, Futian District, SZ, China.

Express Delivery
For express shipments, goods can be delivered to designated addresses in Hong Kong or Mainland China. For logistics in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang regions, FedEx Express is the default courier service until 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday. For other time periods or special circumstances, SF Express will be used. To track the logistics status, please check the [Member Center].
